REGISTRATION OPEN FOR BRIDGE SESSIONS!
These 1.5 hour long training sessions are great for beginners learning the basics, and intermediate players looking for practice and to fine tune their skills. Bridge sessions integrate the basic skills of hitting, blocking, setting, serving and diving, positional technique, and team-like drills and game play.

This co-ed, 4-day clinic is geared toward all players ages 11-18 that want to improve all aspects of their volleyball game. Instructors will coach players on the varied skills of passing, setting, serving, attacking, and blocking, while demonstrating proper technique. Players will participate in game play each day for the second half of the clinic, giving coaches the chance to see these skills in motion, and the ability to provide feedback on ways to make adjustments and, ultimately, achieve a higher level of play.

(Half-session is either 12-2pm or 3-5pm)
