Bob Turner passed away Sunday August 7th and is now in peace with his wife Franny.
Bob had been a big part of the Unity family since it started. He had been a big part of all of our volleyball families for a long time.
In addition to being a Unity Legend, Bob had spent so much time at Plymouth South and Pembroke games cheering on "loudly" from the stands, talking to players, and giving advice to so many after games.
He was someone that Coach Finn and John would review practices and games with always looking for his guidance.
Bob loved sports and Loved volleyball as he watched Coach Finn all through high school, college and everything after.
Coach Finn and her entire family will miss him but know that so many of you that had the privilege to get advice from him will take that with you as you move on through sports and life.
I'm sure he is smiling and would thank you all for listening to his speeches "Study study study" and all his advice.
"I will miss you so much Dad" - Coach Finn
We will all miss you and will forever be grateful for being a great Father, Grandfather, Coach, Friend and Mentor to so many. We hope you get to enjoy a chocolate sheet cake with Franny!
